The mission of Rome Community Consolidated School District 2 is to provide a safe and healthy learning environment where all students will have the opportunity to grow and develop into well-rounded individuals.  By acquiring literacy and developing sufficient skills in communications, in addition to knowledge in basic academic and technical skills, students will become life-long learners.  They should develop healthy life styles and be able to function in society as good citizens with acceptable morals and appropriate work ethics.
